He has also established a strong Alternate Channel in Emerging Markets. Under his dynamic leadership Emerging Markets Business became the fastest growing business in MNYL. Prior to MNYL, RP was heading the Aqua & Feed Business at FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).
He spear headed the efforts that resulted in successful turning around of HUL's Aqua business by growing sales and making it one of the most profitable businesses. He worked in different profit centers including the Foods division with 'Kissan' Brand. RP began his career in 1990 with the Fruit & Vegetable Project of National Dairy and Development Board, (NDDB), now ‘Mother Dairy’. He contributed significantly towards the marketing of fresh and frozen foods under Brand name 'SAFAL'.
RP has transformed SFS into a process oriented company through various tools like SMT, Morning meeting, Key Business Drivers, Career Seminar, etc. He has built an open culture by advocating con calls, review meets and one to one interaction of employees & their supervisors for performance. SFS is reaching new heights under his able leadership.
RP holds a master's degree in Management from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand, a premier Rural Management Institute. He obtained his Science degree with Honors in Agriculture with a Gold Medal from Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. He has also graduated the Senior Management Development Program by Kellogg School of Management, North Western University, USA. He has undergone advance technical training at A&M University, Texas, USA.

hospitality & financial services. He has wide experience of Accounts, Finance and Taxation (both Direct and Indirect),
Risk Management, Financial Control and other aspects of Finance. Naveen is a people’s man; business planning & analysis,
Financial Control are his key functional strengths. He has worked with DLF in their Hospitality vertical, Sumitomo Mitsui
Construction’s India Division, Som Datt Builders and RR Financial Consultants; he heads F&A at Shriram Fortune Solutions.
Pankaj Puri is a commerce graduate and has completed PGDBA. He brings with him a rich experience of 20 + years,
where 13 years is in General Insurance with Royal Sundaram & Cholamandalam MS General Insurance giving a strong
GI base to SFS. he has also worked with Sabre International in travel sector. He has contributed in establishing
startup companies & taking the established companies to higher levels. He has handled dealers, corporate agents,
brokers while contributing to all aspects of business Sales, P&L, Process Management, Legal compliances etc. Pankaj believes in
team work and concentrates on simple basics when it comes to GI business, ensuring the maximum achievement. Pankaj is heading Genenral Insurance for SFS.
Mohit holds an Honours’ Degree in Physics from Ranchi University. He has a rich experience of over 20 years in MIS, Rewards & Recognition, HR & Administration functions with companies like Max Life Insurance, World Health Organization, Polar Software Ltd, etc. He has in depth knowledge & vast experience of Rewards & Recognition including conceptualizing, designing contests & schemes for BA’s as well as Employees. He also handles the Administration and MIS & Dash boarding besides end to end R&R. With the added responsibility, Mohit would be in-charge of HR and he would continue to contribute in smooth functioning of the processes and procedures at SFSL.
A professionally qualified CFA with over 30 years of experience, most of which is in financial and Automobile sector. He has served in Transamerica Apple, Cholamandalam Finance & Investments, Biotech Synergy, VLS Finance Ltd. He handles Customer service and back-end support besides being key member in strategic planning for SFSL.
Kapil has an experience of over 12 years in sales & marketing of Life Insurance products. He holds an MBA degree and heads Life Insurance product and channel development at SFS. Kapil is a person of details and likes to complete every task with accuracy within timelines. He has been instrumental in taking lot of new initiatives in Life Insurance through strategic planning & ground knowledge. He is closely working with the field to spread the understanding of products along with renewals and issuance. He is successfully leading North2 as Regional Head. His key strengths are Client Relationship & Business Development which he is utilizing to fullest at SFS.
