Sri Ramasubramanian Chandrasekar is a Cost and Management Accountant by profession. He has rich and extensive professional experience of over 35 years with the Shriram Group.

He has been serving the Shriram Group for more than 3 decades in the areas of Finance, Accounts and other back office functions. He started his career with Shriram Chits in the year 1986 handling Finance and Accounts. From 1994 - 2004, he was in charge of business operations of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. From June 1998 he became a Director in Group Companies of Shriram. In the year 1999, he took over as the Executive Director in charge of Finance, Accounts, Systems, Administration and Secretarial Depts in all the 3 Chit Companies of Shriram Group and he was also the Chief Financial Officer of the Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for 6 years.

Presently he serves on the Boards of Shriram Chits (India) Pvt Ltd and Shriram Fortune Solutions Limited.

Mr. Amit Sankar Gupta is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has rich and extensive professional experience of over 30 years out of which last 20 years he has been associated with the Shriram Group.

Initially after qualifying in 1991 he started his career with FMCG, Pharma and Chemical MNCs in the sphere of Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, Plant & Management Accounting and QC Initiative for ISO 9000 Certification. He joined the Shriram Group of Companies, Chennai in 2001 and was an integral part of core team which set up the broking business of the group through Shriram Insight Share Brokers Limited and also helped the company to grow into a leading retail broking firm with pan India presence. He had set up the Compliance & Finance function of the Company as its first Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Over time, his portfolio diversified and he is currently the Head of Operations, Compliance and Strategy Initiatives of Shriram Credit Company Limited a non-deposit taking NBFC which is the holding company of the security broking, asset management, wealth management & financial distribution businesses of the group. He has been appointed as the Senior Management Personnel in Shriram Credit Company Ltd. to oversee regulatory affairs in the Company and also in its subsidiaries.

Presently, he is on the Board of Shriram Insight Share Brokers Ltd., Shriram Wealth Ltd., SEA Funds Management India Pvt. Ltd., NOVAC Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and Way2Wealth Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as a Non-Executive Director.

Dr. Kassim Saleem Ali is a dynamic, energetic and result oriented leader with 36 years of varied experience. He is a retired IPS Officer who holds Ph.D degree in Civil Society Conflict Index and has MBA (Finance) and Masters in Chemistry. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of “Fourth Fource”, an agency which provides background verification services across key business and industry that can help pre-empt and reduce wrong hires, fraud and criminal intent. He established this start-up Company in a short period of four months with offices in all state capitals of the country. He was the Director General of Police, Tripura from 2010 to 2011 and later on became Special Director/Additional Director of Central Bureau of Investigation in 2011. He was also an Adviser for futuristic development of Jamia Milia Islamia University and Honorary Director for Residential Coaching Academy for training minority and women students.

Presently, he is on the Board of Shriram Credit Company Ltd. and Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as the Independent Director.
